The position involves supporting business development of the VPO program, troubleshooting customer account issues using Salesforce, managing external email and marketing communications, upgrading the site by updating content and graphics, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and troubleshoot technical issues. The role also includes tracking site issues, helping with event planning, performing administrative duties, and innovating the digital experience by implementing new technologies.
