Responsibilities

  • Support and execute Oncor's social media strategy through competitive research and audience identification.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow Oncor's social media and digital marketing operations.
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing initiatives against goals and KPIs.
  • Support crisis communication efforts with timely and clear messaging during critical events.
  • Develop media plans and content for print and digital collateral.
  • Generate and share daily content that encourages community engagement.
  • Direct outside consultants to create engaging video and graphic content.
  • Optimize company pages on social media platforms to increase visibility.
  • Master the brand's tone for customer inquiries and complaints on social media.
  • Create and manage social media editorial calendars aligned with outreach goals.
  • Continuously improve by analyzing social data and best practices.
  • Support team members in leveraging social platforms and analytics tools.
  • Foster a socially engaged customer culture.
  • Identify key social media influencers and coordinate actions between organizations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage Oncor's digital reputation.
