We are seeking a Digital Communications Manager to lead the planning, oversight, and execution of digital strategies and campaigns that advance Stand Together's priority initiatives and Concerned Veterans for America (CVA). In this role, you will be responsible for driving collaboration with internal and external partners to develop creative, innovative, and effective ways to educate, persuade, engage, and activate audiences to advance long-term priorities and capture immediate opportunities to support CVA's work in foreign policy and veteran advocacy. As the Digital Communications Manager, you will manage Concerned Veterans for America's social media accounts, draft copy, create social-first graphic content, and manage digital communities. You will drive the development and execution of fully integrated digital communications campaigns that support the Stand Together community's priority initiatives. Collaboration with key stakeholders and team members is essential to ensure that goals are properly identified, digital plans are fully integrated with comprehensive communications strategies, and ongoing performance is measured and reported. You will also be tasked with increasing the awareness and exposure of critical branded priority initiatives through paid advertising and organic promotion on social media and other digital platforms. Regular reports will be developed to track key metrics across digital platforms and communicate performance to key stakeholders. Establishing and maintaining workflow processes and structure will be crucial to maintain effective execution on multiple issue areas.
