About The Position

The Digital Communications Intern works in the Communications Department to support the creation and optimization of Arevon’s digital communications’ strategy and assets. This role involves creative thinking and communications skills that are essential for engaging and educating internal and external stakeholders. The Digital Communications Intern will report directly to the Digital Communications Manager.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of tools and software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and ensure quality across written and visual content.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and platforms to support collateral creation.

Responsibilities

• Help create and manage collateral such as fact sheets, blogs, and PowerPoint decks.
• Support the development of Arevon’s social media calendar through planning, copywriting, and graphic creation. Additionally, the Digital Communications Intern will support monthly social media reporting.
• Assist with photo and video projects, including the review and publication of videos as well as photo organization in SharePoint.
• Contribute to Arevon’s project landing page project and ongoing site maintenance, including content publishing and minor updates.
