  • Lead and act as the strategic digital & social communications across key clients, acting as both planner and ongoing consultant
  • Plan innovative, insight-driven communications cross channels, content strategies, content calendars, influencer amplification and paid media distribution
  • Provide strategic ownership of workstreams and campaigns, working internally across business leadership, creative, analytics and research teams
  • Partner with client to determine and identify objectives, goals, KPI's, strategies and tactics
  • Serve as a trusted resource - aligning strategy with our clients business goals and objectives
  • Be the subject matter expert on sourcing, identifying and assessing potential influencer/talent partnerships
  • Participate in pro/reactive identification, prioritization and assessment of new client opportunities
  • Thoughtfully champion creative ideas and strategic POVs with the client
  • Deliver well-devised, clear, concise and compelling client presentations to sell-in comms recommendations
  • Benchmark and research competitors and industry leaders in the digital world
  • Provide internal team with understanding of the cultural landscape, consumer behavior, competitive activity and emerging technologies
  • Develop frameworks and methodologies for approaching strategic issues

  • All other duties as assigned
  • Must have 2-3+ years' experience in strategic digital/social communication planning within a marketing agency/consulting firm or large CPG company
  • Must have experience writing briefs, articulating strategies and presenting them to creative/client teams
  • Expert knowledge around key digital platforms and communications channels (social, digital, influencer, search)
  • Experience with paid social media planning, social listening, research tools and analytical reporting
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills - able to lead projects independently
  • Strong foundation of business acumen and successful leadership of clients
  • Confidence and credibility to hold high-level strategic discussions with senior executives internally and externally
  • Excellent presentation development and creative writing capabilities
  • Able to think proactively
  • Sets targets and timelines for digital programs and key initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or similar proven experience
