The Digital Sales Transformation team, which sits within the US Client Organization, is focused on Digital Sales transformation and enabling next-gen existing customer evolution. The individual in this role would manage our existing customer cross-sell and merchandizing strategy across all US Consumer Cards Customers spanning Lending, Travel and Spend products. This individual contributor role will report into SVP, Digital Sales and would lead a Digital P&L function across a Product lines, with a horizontal lens that would drive and unlock revenue, sales, and engagement KPIs through various data-driven, and customer-focused initiatives and strategies.
