Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field
  • 2+ years of digital advertising campaign management
  • 3+ years of client‑facing account management or customer service
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Google Ads & Google Analytics certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build lasting relationships through transparency, communication, and a commitment to client success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all campaign and strategy needs.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across search, display, social, digital, and print channels.
  • Maximize ROI through strategic planning and performance analysis.
  • Work closely with sales, strategy, and optimization teams to deliver cohesive marketing plans.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all client campaigns and platforms.
  • Deliver regular performance reviews and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify trends and present creative solutions to improve campaign results.
