Our People Make the Difference! Are you looking to take on a dynamic and challenging role? OE Federal is seeking to hire a Digital Channels Manager! Your Purpose The Digital Channels Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving digital usage, deliveries, and Business Analysts for the organization. This role involves leading the digital team to deliver online/mobile needs to the membership while assisting internal team members digital support needs.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in an applicable field and minimum 4 years of work experience in a Manager-level role OR High School Diploma/GED and minimum 6 years of experience in a Manager-level role required.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development/management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex challenges

Responsibilities

  • Mentor digital channel team members with improving skill, knowledge, and credit union culture and initiatives.
  • Serve as digital channels delegate to drive credit union decisions and proposals.
  • Support vendor relationships, including ticketing, SLAs, and follow-up as per project needs along with internal and external reporting and statistics.
  • Administer, configure and provide support and drive usage for digital channel systems according to organizational needs and change control requirements.
  • Ensure thorough testing, documentation and adherence/development of Change Control procedures.
  • Prepare documentation, procedures, and operation instructions for each system developed; maintain documentation when systems are updated.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
