About The Position

The Digital Campaign Manager will create client-facing slide decks for cross platform sales opportunities and initiatives, market and research data-based storytelling, and client campaign recaps. The Digital Campaign Manager will work closely with the Marketing Director, Research Director and sales team. This position will own the organization, tracking and distribution of all station tickets and client hospitality opportunities. The Digital Campaign Manager will work with the sales directors to update rate cards, and trackers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong computer skills especially in Power Point, Excel, and Word
  • Demonstrated project management skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
  • High energy and teamwork mentality a must
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be willing to work in Chicago, IL
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

  • Sales Media Industry experience
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience at a media company in media sales or experience in a client service role
  • Knowledge of Wide Orbit and Sales Force
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with broad range of internal and external clients
  • A strong ability to perform independently and proactively while working in a team environment.
  • Media production experience a plus – lighting, mics, scripting
  • Experience with contesting or paid social a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create client facing slide decks for cross-platform sales opportunities and initiatives, and end of campaign recaps
  • Execute digital sweepstakes, social amplification campaigns and other custom content
  • Work with content teams to stay up to date on their initiatives and make sales recommendations
  • Create sales presentations to put forward our position in the marketplace using reliable and qualitative data
  • Own tracking and distribution of tickets and other sales support initiatives
  • Work with all internal departments (Sales, Traffic, Marketing, Research, Management, etc.) on the development and implementation of client campaigns
  • Work with Directors of Marketing & Research to maintain competitive tracking across our assigned Central Region and effectively analyze the data to management and the sales team
  • Work with Sales Directors to update rate cards, programming and ratings grids and other trackers ensuring accuracy and clarity
