Job Summary We are seeking a high-velocity, "AI-native" Digital Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive our hybrid growth engine. You will be responsible for a dual-track strategy: executing PLG loops that drive mass "prosumer" adoption and sophisticated SLG/ABM programs that secure high-value enterprise pipeline. The ideal candidate understands that in the age of Agentic AI, marketing is about Precision, Trust, and Verified Value. You will leverage AI agents to optimize campaigns in real-time, ensuring Eightfold remains the #1 cited authority in the Talent Intelligence space.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, ideally within a high-growth AI or SaaS industry.
  • Hybrid Growth Experience: Demonstrated understanding of how to balance PLG (self-service) and SLG (enterprise ABM) marketing motions.
  • AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience or a deep strategic interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., LLMs for creative, predictive analytics for spend optimization) to enhance marketing ROI.
  • Technical Channel Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Ads (Thought Leader & Document Ads), Google Search (Answer-based targeting), and CRM-based retargeting.
  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in interpreting complex funnels and dashboards (Salesforce/Marketo) to guide data-driven budget allocation.
  • Visionary Mindset: Ability to speak the language of "Agentic AI" and translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design digital media strategies that bridge the gap between self-service trial experiences and enterprise pipeline.
  • Optimize the digital "front door" for business users, ensuring a friction-free, "Netflix-style" experience that converts individual utility into organizational demand.
  • Track the transition from "prosumer" sign-ups to enterprise opportunities, identifying the signals that trigger top-down sales outreach.
  • Deploy and manage Campaign Manager AI Agents to automate routine tasks, personalize content variants at scale, and predict performance trends with high accuracy.
  • Leverage Generative AI to iterate on thousands of personalized ad copy and visual variants, optimizing the "right message to the right person" across the entire employment life cycle.
  • Partner with Sales to build Account Dossiers, arming them with engagement data (ad clicks, website intent, content downloads) to make every enterprise interaction highly relevant.
  • Execute multi-threaded LinkedIn and programmatic campaigns targeting the CHRO-CIO buying committee with messaging focused on AI Safety, Ethical Governance, and Architectural Unification.
  • Manage campaign budgets targeting specific SQL quality and deal velocity, aiming for a best-in-class demo and free trial booking rate from retargeted audiences.
  • Work with Marketing Ops to implement robust attribution models that track the journey from a digital impression to enterprise deal.
