MECCA is looking for a standout Digital Campaign Coordinator to assist with the planning of multi-channel campaigns. The Digital Campaign Coordinator will collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, digital product andeComm to plan, brief and execute campaigns with a focus on customer experience while driving sales performance, loyalty and increasing customer retention. Working closely with the Digital Campaign Specialist and Digital Campaign Manager, a key focus will be ensuring that campaigns align with the overall MECCA customer experience strategy, are personalised to the customer and are being continually refined to meet business, brand and category objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a digital campaign team, and knowledge of email best practices .
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications.
  • Able to execute, strong project management and organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Can interpret analytical reports and derive insights to apply to future campaign activity.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, changing retail environment with proven ability to operate autonomously.
  • Passion for beauty, fashion and retailer trends, locally and internationally.
  • Has a can-do attitude and approaches change with a curiosity mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Digital Campaigns Specialist to plan, brief and coordinate personalised email, app push campaigns and onsite tests.
  • Work with Marketing teams to develop creative that is on brand and engaging.
  • Assist with planning and maintaining the communications calendar in alignment with the broader marketing and digital teams.
  • Assist with evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and tests by working with the Analytics team to complete reporting and share learnings.
  • Work with the Marketing Automation Specialists to coordinate the execution of campaigns in platform.
