We're seeking a hands-on Digital Brand Operations Manager who's great to work with and great at their job. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Brand, you'll be the day-to-day owner of ADM.com-turning mixed stakeholder requests into a predictable weekly publish plan while driving a rolling site-health backlog. You'll work in a component-first Optimizely environment at enterprise scale (~500 pages, 4 languages, ~75 reusable components), and you'll make the call on what ships when on the content/experience side. This is a full-time, in-person role at our Global Headquarters downtown Chicago, IL. You'll run a two-speed cadence: reliable publishing plus continuous improvement across SEO, accessibility, and performance. You'll convert noise into clear priorities, write crisp acceptance criteria, and escalate any code-level changes to our Global Technology (GT) team and our delivery partners (GT as applicable)-keeping the backlog moving and the brand consistent. You'll coordinate localization with TransPerfect, ensure IR updates flow through Q4, and surface policy content that originates in OneTrust, all while honoring approvals for regulated markets (e.g., China). You'll coach page owners, uphold governance, and keep us generative-search ready with structured reviews and data-led decisions.
