Requirements
- Good organizational skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Reviews Internet Banking applications, changes, and secure messages
- Reviews Internet Banking reports
- Maintains correct data on Internet Banking via data review and clean up
- Assists Regional Cash Management Specialists with Cash Management set up and customer service
- Assists Regional Cash Management Specialists with Remote Deposit set up and customer service
- Performs reviews of Remote Deposit set up
- Performs reviews of Cash Management set up
- Performs monthly reporting on Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Cash Management, Telebank, and Remote Deposit Capture
- Reviews Mobile Deposit transactions and requests
- Completes and performs any other duties as assigned
