About The Position
Builtwell, Chattanooga’s community bank, is currently experiencing rapid growth. We are actively seeking a friendly and hard-working Digital Banking Service Specialist to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for a combination of the following: Customer Concierge : Serving customers via telephone, live chat, or email as well as supporting Builtwell Bank’s digital banking products Card Services : Processing customer requests regarding debit and credit cards and handling card disputes Wire Transfers : Processing incoming, outgoing and international wires ACH : Processing daily ACH files for customers as they are submitted Above all, offering exceptional service to both internal and external customers . Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently, accurately and with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily deadlines
- Confident working knowledge of computers and software such as Microsoft, Excel, and Adobe
- Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of people both within the team and other departments
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
