Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years in help desk, customer service, or tech support.
  • Strong communication skills and tech-savvy mindset.
  • Ability to type 25 WPM and multitask like a pro.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch customer service via phone for digital banking products.
  • Assist with enrollment, troubleshooting, billing research, and more.
  • Provide clear, confident guidance to customers navigating online tools.
