About The Position

Infosys is seeking Business Analyst with Digital Banking Experience (Corporate, Community banking and Investment Banking). As a consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Location for this position is Raleigh, NC. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Experience as Business Analyst in the Banking / Digital application.

Nice To Haves

• At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst in the Banking / Digital application.
• At least 5 years of experience in requirement elicitation techniques like JAD/sessions, workshops, interviews, surveys etc.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis tools like HP ALM and MS Visio.
• At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
• At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
• Strong understanding of Open banking architecture and reusable API's.
• Hands on experience in using REST API and able to test the various API functionality in SOUP UI.
• Good understanding of Online Banking and Mobile App life cycle and process.
• CBAP / POPM from Scaled Agile or similar Agile framework.
• Product Owner in the Banking / Digital application with Transaction Banking Experience.
• Good understanding of business process and effectively use Design principals and automation to optimize the process.
• Align with product managers to clearly articulate product strategy to the scrum team and define MVP.
• Operate with little supervision and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Partner with solution architects and other technical leads.
• Good understanding of Digital and Core Banking application and understands the interfaces around it.
• Good understanding of Corporate, Investment Banking Digital application and business process.
• Managed Corporate Banking Transactions and entitlements.
• Developed specific data mapping, policies and procedures for digital retail/commercial products.
• Connect and align Commercial Truist application migration strategy with Enterprise requirements for Merger.
• Coordinate with testing partners and execute functional test cases.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
