  • Lead the rollout and ongoing management of SAGE's DAM platform, ensuring smooth onboarding, migration, and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and other internal teams to procure, protect and organize our incoming assets, maintaining structure, metadata, and taxonomy.
  • Implement asset governance policies and naming conventions to maintain consistency. Regularly audit the library to archive outdated content and maintain asset quality.
  • Build and maintain intuitive user portals based on roles or jobs that need to be completed.
  • Create, manage & maintain beautiful brand templates to ensure consistent, on brand content creation and delivery across all channels.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, documentation, and onboarding materials for internal users.
  • Evaluate and recommend process improvements and integrations across teams and platforms. Track adoption, usage of metrics, and continuously optimize DAM workflows.
  • Troubleshoot access and usage issues, acting as first-line support for all things DAM.
  • Stay current on DAM trends and A.I tools, Oversee integrations with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other tools in our tech stack.
  • 3+ years experience working in a DAM-related role, preferably with Canto.
  • Proven experience managing a Digital Asset Management system (e.g., Frontify, Brandfolder, Bynder, MediaValet, Canto, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and metadata accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience training others on software or systems.
  • Ability to collaborate across creative, marketing, and product teams.
  • Basic understanding of creative workflows, file types, and asset licensing.
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively improving systems and structures.
  • Associate's degree in technology preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with hospitality a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with content production workflows (photo, video, design).
  • Basic project management knowledge or tools (JIRA, Asana, Monday, Trello).
