Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Over 6 years of experience in digital assets, financial services, compliance operations, fintech, or product/program management
• A solid grasp of digital asset products, blockchain basics, and crypto market trends
• Experience managing complex technical and compliance-driven programs with multiple collaborators
• Strong technical comfort in evaluating solution requirements and discussing technical architectures (no coding required)
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable mentorship for executives

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with investigations, AML/monitoring tools (such as Elliptic, Solidus, Chainalysis, TRM Labs), or surveillance platforms is a plus
