The position involves various responsibilities centered around asset organization and management, content creation, project management, client interaction, and administrative assistance. The successful candidate will create and update resources on the FFRC padlet, maintain the FFRC website and YouTube channel, and ensure the accessibility of recorded virtual workshops and workshop materials. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with the Social Media Specialist to produce and film content for FFRC's social media platforms, creating digital resource guides, and generating mini-monthly printable newsletters for all four office locations. Project management tasks include building FFRC digital programs, designing and maintaining promotional materials for resource fairs and special events, and assisting in special graphic design projects. The candidate will also assist with referrals of Early Start families and respond to general inquiries via email or phone. Administrative assistance will involve providing technical support to FFRC staff.
