About The Position

The Digital Architect will be responsible for leading the enterprise digital architecture strategy and roadmap, providing thought leadership on technology trends, digital platforms, and innovation opportunities. This role involves evaluating, selecting, and integrating new technologies, platforms, and tools, while establishing best practices in architecture design and development across the organization's digital landscape. The Digital Architect will drive digital transformation initiatives by modernizing legacy systems and processes, and will design end-to-end solutions for complex digital projects including web, mobile, API, cloud, and omnichannel platforms. Additionally, the role requires creating and documenting architectural artifacts to communicate designs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, defining integration strategies for various systems, and ensuring that architecture supports key non-functional requirements such as scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability. The Digital Architect will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, establish and enforce architecture principles, conduct architecture reviews, and collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to embed automation and security into the architecture. Stakeholder collaboration is key, as the Digital Architect will work closely with business analysts, product owners, and UX designers to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate complex technical concepts effectively to business stakeholders.
