The Digital Architect for Marketing Technology at Enterprise Mobility is responsible for developing digital solutions and supporting business processes across digital, marketing, and franchise teams. This role serves as a subject-matter expert, leveraging advanced knowledge of digital systems and marketing best practices to optimize system performance and implement governance and reporting. The Architect focuses on enhancing the digital marketing and analytics ecosystem, ensuring effective use of technology and data to achieve business objectives and deliver measurable value across the organization.

  • Provide guidance and consultation on digital technologies, architectures, system integrations, and functional practices.
  • Architect and design technical solutions and business processes that can be deployed globally.
  • Contribute to the definition of integration strategies for provider solutions comprising internal systems.
  • Reinforce and ensure adoption of ecosystem architectures and technology blueprints, requirements, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the analysis of new or existing technology solutions and vendors.
  • Consult on service provider relationships, SLAs, and day-to-day operations.
  • Develop, implement, and inform appropriate governance processes and tools to enable proactive monitoring and control over core functions and metrics, incorporating security, privacy, and compliance considerations in all decisions.
  • Socialize and ensure adoption of best practices and contribute to regular audits to measure and ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Deliver roadmap/project reports and routine status updates to project teams, management, and stakeholders.
  • Apply knowledge of digital technologies and practices to contribute to technical strategies and software, consult on development projects, provide technical support, and advise others in the effective and efficient use of the tools.
  • Serve as a liaison between non-technical stakeholders and technical providers (IT, software vendors, digital agencies).
  • Serve as subject matter expert within designated areas of technical expertise to all internal and external stakeholders and project teams, articulating benefits, opportunities, risks, and costs.
  • Stakeholder advisory within our advertising technology portfolio and Google Analytics.
  • Building relationships with our product, performance marketing, and digital marketing teams.
  • Driving reporting and advertising technology enhancements with our franchisee partners.
  • Enablement of marketing data understanding and effective digital campaigns.
  • Administration and maintenance of our advertising technology platforms.

  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Five (5+) years or more of digital architecture and technology systems experience, including programming language familiarity.
  • One (1+) year or more of Agile development experience and/or deep knowledge of Agile processes.
  • One (1+) year or more of experience with managing and/or being a high-value contributor on complex projects (including guiding and collaborating with cross-functional project teams, internal customers, external agencies, and vendors).
  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Marketing, or other applicable field preferred) or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform and Analytics.
  • Experience working with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with Marketing Analytics reporting and attribution.
  • Experience with advertising operations and marketing technology enablement.
  • Experience working on global or multi-brand marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, etc.)
