Your Opportunity, Your Team The Digital App Associate supports QVC & HSN and will drive performance and innovation for QVC & HSN Apps. This role blends strategy and hands-on execution, focusing on enhancing our digital video experience and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, customer-centric solutions. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, merchandising, digital or equivalent experience.
2-4 years' experience in a digital commerce / marketing environment, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and/or similar systems.

Responsibilities

Guide the development and retention strategy for video experience / app features, collaborating across teams.
Lead execution efforts for video experience / NextGen placements across QVC app.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns such as push, SMS, and email to drive engagement with video experience and app.
Plan and execute promotional placements across digital app experience.
Collaborate and execute taxonomy needs for video experience.
Analyze campaign and placement data to generate actionable insights.
Develop and curate tagging strategies for video experience features.
Support livestreaming program with show builds, moderation, and data analysis.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment modeling QVC Group's leadership competencies.
