The Digital and Transformation Software Internship at HP, Inc. is a unique opportunity designed for students who are eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges. This internship is part of a pipeline requisition for the 2025 Summer Internships, aimed at accumulating candidates for future positions. The selected interns will have the chance to work within HP's Digital and Transformation organization (D&TO), specifically in the Transformation Management Office (TMO). This role is intended for students who are currently enrolled in a four-year college and are expected to graduate between December 2025 and June 2026. The internship is structured as a 12-week paid program, providing a balanced experience that includes networking opportunities, executive speakers, community involvement, and engaging projects that go beyond mundane tasks. Interns will be involved in various aspects of software development, including developing code for the API Management Platform, assisting with documentation for the internal software community, supporting software testing activities, and brainstorming innovative ideas to enhance agility and processes. The role requires collaboration with business leaders to identify transformational opportunities and develop business cases, as well as supporting executive communications regarding digital transformation progress. This internship is not only a chance to gain practical experience but also a pathway to potential full-time employment, contingent upon performance evaluation and available headcount after the internship period.
