About The Position

The Digital and Social Media Specialist at Squire & Company is a part-time role focused on enhancing the firm's online presence and client engagement through effective digital marketing strategies. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO and paid social media advertising.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social platform insights).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Experience working in a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with accounting or finance-related content is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital and social media strategies to enhance Squire's online presence.
  • Create, curate, and manage content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align social media initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Monitor and respond to engagement on social media platforms in a timely manner.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and digital marketing metrics.
  • Manage paid social campaigns and optimize ads for performance.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and suggest innovative ways to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining website content to ensure brand consistency.
