About The Position

BeOne continues to grow at a rapid pace with challenging and exciting opportunities for experienced professionals. This internship is based out of San Carlos, CA - the expectation is for our intern to report to our San Carlos office 2-3 times per week. Please note the BeOne is NOT able to provide any relocation or transportation assistance. Internship program dates: June 8 - August 21, 2026 The Digital Analytics Intern will assist in supporting measurement and analytics initiatives across digital marketing and commercial data ecosystems. This role focuses on leveraging digital engagement and campaign data, and aligning it with internal data assets such as HCP (Healthcare Professional) attributes, segmentation frameworks, and organizational targeting strategies. The intern will play a key role in preparing analytical datasets, performing exploratory analyses, and supporting insights generation that informs marketing and commercial decision-making. This position is well-suited for candidates with strong data skills who are interested in applying analytics within the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors or an advanced degree, preferred in life sciences, economics, data science, statistics, or business.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating structured datasets
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and transformation (e.g., pandas or similar libraries)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful patterns
  • Interest in digital analytics, marketing measurement, or healthcare data
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative approach with a willingness to learn from cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to data visualization or analytics platforms (e.g., Dataiku, Tableau, Power BI) preferred
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a plus
  • Understanding of basic data modeling concepts and dataset structuring
  • Exposure to pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial data is beneficial but not required
  • Interest in understanding how digital touchpoints contribute to broader customer engagement strategies

Responsibilities

  • Query and aggregate data from multiple sources, including digital campaign platforms and enterprise data warehouse tables
  • Prepare and structure datasets for analysis, including aligning digital activity with HCP-level attributes (e.g., segment, specialty, site of care)
  • Support exploratory data analysis to identify trends in campaign performance and customer engagement
  • Assist in maintaining and updating recurring dashboards and reporting outputs
  • Partner with analytics and business teams to answer key questions related to campaign effectiveness
  • Perform data validation checks and ensure consistency across integrated datasets
  • Help define and standardize key metrics used in digital and omnichannel reporting
  • Contribute to documentation of data definitions, metric logic, and reporting methodologies
