About the position

The Digital Analyst Manager at Faith Technologies Inc. is responsible for overseeing the Digital Analyst team, ensuring the delivery of modern technology solutions for key stakeholders. This role involves managing team members, acting as a Tech Lead on various projects, and collaborating with business partners to meet their technological needs. The position emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise in software development and project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Digital Analyst team to ensure delivery of technology solutions.
• Act as Tech Lead on medium to large technical, systems, or business improvement projects.
• Plan and execute on Strategic Technological Directions.
• Work with Business Partners to understand and deliver solutions for business needs.
• Coordinate project software development efforts with business technology managers and external resources.
• Provide technical expertise on medium to large projects.
• Facilitate code reviews and manage contractor relations.
• Set and deliver Strategic Technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience preferred.
• 6+ years direct work experience in development.
• Preferred leadership and/or project management experience.
• Preferred experience with Workday, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow.
• Experience managing and/or coaching developers.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban).
• Previous experience creating CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
• Experience in Javascript web application frameworks (e.g. React, Vue).
• Experience in mobile application frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing, deploying, and monitoring software in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, HTTP, LAN/WAN, wireless, and routing.
• Experience with container technologies.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

• Experience with Workday, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow.
