About The Position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive, with 2 years of B2C sales experience to join our growing digital sales team. In this role, you will drive new business development and manage client relationships by selling a wide range of digital marketing and media solutions: Website design and development, Ecommerce, Search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), Social media advertising and management, Streaming TV (OTT/CTV) advertising, Design Services, Email Marketing, and other advertising solutions as needed. This position is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a client-facing, consultative sales environment and is passionate about digital innovation. This role will report to the Digital Director in Maryland.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in digital marketing, media, comparable sales or advertising
  • Knowledge of the digital space including websites, SEO/SEM, social media, and OTT/CTV advertising
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Ability to work remote and occasionally attend in-person meetings

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold outreach, referrals, competitive sourcing, and AI-leads
  • Present customized digital marketing proposals tailored to client goals
  • Close sales and build long-term client relationships
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Track sales activities and pipeline using local tools
