As a Digital Advertising (PPC) Account Manager, you’ll manage and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and display platforms. You’ll help clients achieve their most important business goals — from increasing lead volume to driving e-commerce revenue — through strategic campaign planning, execution, and continuous experimentation. You’re excited to refine performance, learn new tools, and identify opportunities that deliver meaningful results.

  • Performing daily account management of paid search, display, and/or social advertising campaigns for B2B and eCommerce clients.
  • Developing and executing well-structured campaign builds based on strategic briefs and client goals.
  • Researching keywords, audiences, competitive data, and trends to guide campaign strategy and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Writing and refining ad copy to improve relevance, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitoring performance KPIs and proactively adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creative to improve results.
  • Generating weekly and monthly reporting notes with clear insights and narratives that highlight trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Conducting analysis to understand why performance shifted and what actions can drive improvement.
  • Collaborating professionally with clients and internal teams throughout campaigns to align on goals, strategy, and outcomes.
  • Completing quality assurance (QA) checks on your work and the work of others to maintain high standards.
  • Following internal procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accountability in campaign execution.
  • Self-managing tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities while consistently meeting quality expectations.
  • Staying current with PPC best practices, emerging tools, platform updates, and industry trends to improve campaign performance continuously.
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid search, display, and social campaigns. Ideally, within an agency or larger marketing team.
  • Proven experience executing and optimizing campaigns for lead generation or eCommerce clients.
  • Strong ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and forecast outcomes.
  • Experience writing ad copy and supporting landing page optimization.
  • Ability to build complete campaigns based on strategic briefs.
  • Experience producing insights that highlight trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills for client collaboration and reporting.
  • Strong accountability in managing tasks, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in marketing.
  • General marketing knowledge and strong analytical thinking.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding computer and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Agency experience.
  • Experience executing foreign or multilingual campaigns.
  • Familiarity with additional paid platforms, automation tools, or reporting systems.
