Candidate will serve as a content scheduling expert on multiple platforms. Responsible for the activation of multiple campaigns. Build and keep contact with multiple Business Units assigned and provide support with Digital requests. Interact with Campaign Planning team and Network Support teams as needed to ensure campaigns are accurately and timely implemented. Assist in the implementation and ongoing management of process and application improvements such as content delivery systems and compliance reporting. Manage all digital campaign execution including testing, automation rules, notifications, optimization, and analysis. Assist with troubleshooting any scheduling issues that impact campaign execution; modify and test/QA as necessary. Contact stores to test and troubleshoot campaign setup and implementation. Increases professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company plan guidelines.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing, Advertising, or 3+ years of related field preferred.
  • 1 year of analyst or pricing experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships cross-functionally.
  • Problem-solving, analytical skills, and resourcefulness.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
