About The Position

This is a full-time, IN PERSON (NOT REMOTE) performance-based marketing position with a low base and high commission structure tied directly to ROI and job revenue. Full-time, performance-based digital marketing role focused on driving real, measurable revenue through Google Local Services Ads (LSA), Google Search Ads, and paid social media. This position offers a low base salary plus high, uncapped commission tied directly to mitigation and reconstruction job revenue. Ideal for a results-driven marketer who thrives on accountability, growth, and ROI. The Digital Marketing Manager (Performance-Based) is responsible for generating high-quality, high-intent leads through Google Local Services Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media campaigns that deliver a measurable return on investment. You will own a paid ad strategy, campaign optimization, and lead tracking while working directly with company ownership to scale our inbound lead pipeline. This is a true performance role with commission paid on jobs that close from your campaigns. A six-figure income is achievable within a reasonable time period.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LSA, Meta Ads, Tag Manager, and Analytics
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels and conversion tracking
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Creative problem solver willing to test and scale unique campaigns
  • Comfortable working directly with company ownership in a fast-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Local Services Ads (LSA), Google Search, and Meta ad campaigns
  • Build and maintain monthly performance dashboards (CPL, conversion rate, ROAS)
  • Develop creative assets and ad copy aligned with RN’s brand
  • Execute retargeting and video ad strategies
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure speed-to-lead follow-up and tracking
  • Manage reviews, online listings, and SEO visibility
  • Test new marketing channels for scalable performance
