ROR Partners is looking for a curious, analytical, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Digital Ad Operations Associate. This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to learn the mechanics of digital advertising, campaign trafficking, and ad technology—no prior digital media experience is required. Think of this as a hands-on digital marketing boot camp—except you’re getting paid to learn from industry experts. We provide a structured training program that includes lectures, hands-on practice, group learning, and testing to ensure you gain the skills needed to succeed.
