How will you make an impact? The Digital Account Manager will leverage product features, benefits, and a solid understanding of scientific techniques and applications, alongside strong soft selling skills to follow up and qualify leads, initiate and close sales, and promote company products and services in support of achieving or exceeding assigned growth targets. This individual will manage in-bound inquiries and cultivate customer relationships at assigned accounts, anticipate evolving needs, and serve as a trusted partner to deliver an outstanding customer experience at pre-identified accounts within North America. Can be based out of our Grand Island, NY office or Austin, TX office.
