About The Position

As a Digital Account Director, you will serve as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to key clients, driving full-funnel, data-informed marketing strategies that deliver measurable business growth for both our clients and Wpromote. You will leverage your deep understanding of digital marketing, cross-channel media, and analytics to craft integrated strategies that connect marketing performance to bottom-line results. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, business acumen, and hands-on leadership, guiding teams to execute innovative, results-driven campaigns that elevate client success and fuel agency growth. Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing or client management across key channels (paid media, SEO, social, email, content)
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable growth and business outcomes
  • Strong analytical and strategic marketing skills (competitive analysis, market trends, audience insights, etc.)
  • Experience managing and growing enterprise-level client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and fostering professional growth
  • An energetic attitude and be passionate about your career
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Leading client partnerships as the primary relationship owner and strategic advisor, ensuring alignment between client objectives and agency strategy
  • Driving client and agency growth by proactively identifying opportunities to expand engagements and introduce new solutions
  • Developing a deep understanding of each client’s business model, industry landscape, and competitive position to guide marketing strategy and innovation
  • Partnering with internal channel experts to craft integrated, multi-channel marketing plans that drive measurable business outcomes across paid media, SEO, email, social, and emerging platforms
  • Translating performance data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence client decision-making and strategic direction
  • Overseeing account performance, profitability, and forecasting, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations
  • Leading and mentoring cross-functional teams to foster collaboration, accountability, and strategic thinking
  • Managing the full client lifecycle, including statements of work, renewals, and change orders
  • Leading strategic discussions in client meetings, including business reviews, campaign planning sessions, and executive presentations
  • Acting as quality control for all deliverables to ensure strategic consistency and excellence
