In your role as a Diffusion Process Technician at Samsung Austin Semiconductor, you'll be responsible for maintaining our fleet of production tools to support world-class foundry operations 24/7. We prioritize safety, learning, and having fun. You will continuously encounter technical issues that challenge and sharpen your skills.
Requirements
- High School diploma is required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Technical degree preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude highly desired
Responsibilities
- Follow SOPs, PTPs, and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs) to work efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively
- Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) including mechanical assembly/disassembly on fab equipment
- Use structured problem solving to help find impactful solutions to complex problems
- Affectively communicate with engineers, leaders, and teammates
- Work in a team environment on the cleanroom floor in a full cleanroom smock
