About The Position

Renesas Electronics is looking for an experienced Diffusion Equipment Maintenance Technician to support its manufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and communication skills. This position involves the preventative and corrective maintenance of electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment in a Class 1 cleanroom.
This position offers development opportunities working for a leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog semiconductors.
Our shift hours follow:
A Shift – Su,Mo,Tu and every other Wed – 6:45am – 7:15pm
C Shift – TH, Fr, Sa and every other Wed – 6:45am – 7:15pm
E Shift – Mo, Tu, We and every other Thur – 6:45pm – 7:15am

Requirements

• Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Renesas is unable to sponsor applicants for work visas for this position now or in the future.
• Associates degree in electronics or mechanical, military training, or 5+ years relevant work experience
• 3+ years maintaining equipment in one or more Wafer Fab functional areas such as Diffusion/LPCVD, EPI, Etch, Thin Films, Implant, Photolithography, and CMP
• Strong mechanical skills
• Strong electronic skills
• Excellent Oral communication skills
• Excellent Written Communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving ability
• Must be able to lift 40lbs
