About The Position

In this position, an Associate will be assembling different models of Differentials. The Associate will need to be able to use a micrometer, torque wrench, air gun, wrenches, sockets, and other basic hand tools. The Associate must be detail oriented and be able to follow work instructions. The Associate needs to make good decisions on reading tooth contact patterns. Also, for this position, an Associate will need to use basic math skills and needs to be mechanically inclined. The Associate must be willing to learn and be cross trained to build the many different models of Differentials.

Requirements

The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs
The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (can be approx... 8-10 hours)
The ability to use handheld tools such as hammer, impact (battery and pneumatic), wrenches, sockets, torque wrenches, screwdriver, punches, drivers. In addition, hydraulic press and overhead hoist.
