The Dietitian is responsible for assessing, counseling, monitoring, and ongoing coordination of patients referred for nutrition intervention. This position works closely with the Health Service Coordinators, Certified Diabetes Educators, and clinic physician and nursing staff. You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Requirements
- RD from approved dietetic program
- RD, LD in Texas
- 2+ years clinical experience, experience in education or Master’s degree from an approved dietetic program
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated excellent counseling skills & computer skills
- Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree
- CDE and CPR certified
- KSC experience or ambulatory care experience
- Experienced educator
- Spanish speaking
