Dietitian Per Diem Days Position Summary Provides clinical nutrition support services to patients through Food Service. Monitors nutritional care, manages physician ordered therapeutic diets and provides nutritional education to patients. Directs, supervises and coordinates diet office activities. Processes information generated from patient, medical records, nursing and ancillary staff for utilization in the accurate identification, assessment and evaluation of the patient's nutritional needs. SPECIAL SKILLS: Must be able to effectively communicate. Excellent customer service skills.
