Requirements
- Dietitian/Nutritionist credentialed from the Commission on Dietetic Registration obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Responsibilities
- Drive positive patient health outcomes by assessing nutritional needs and developing personalized medical nutrition therapy plans.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the nutritional regimen and proactively adjust the therapy to ensure optimal patient tolerance and progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to integrate nutrition care into the patient's overall treatment plan.
- Educate the community and public through presentations or publications to advance public knowledge of nutrition and wellness.
