Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to prioritize tasks,handlescompliance issues first. Able to work under tight project deadlines, handles stress appropriately. Demonstrates excellent conflict resolution skills; especially the ability to deescalate situations in an empathetic,equitableand professional manner. Ability to maintain control and respond calmly and appropriately in a crisis situation. Demonstrates knowledge and ability to set appropriate professional boundaries and avoids entering into dual relationships. Demonstrates basic understanding of the disease concept of addiction and the 12 Step Program. Prioritizes required tasks and work responsibilities to ensure optimum quality of care. Understands compliance as it relates to thefacilitieslicensing entities.
