About The Position

Under the supervision of the Manager Clinical Nutrition PHC, the Dietitian serves as a vital member of the health care team. In doing so, performs the nutritional assessment, nutrition care plan, ongoing monitoring, reassessment, and nutrition education for patients of all ages, where the need has been identified. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition from an AND (Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics) accredited college/program
• Washington Dietitian Certification within 6 months (180 days) of hire -OR- Washington Nutritionist Certification within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of Clinical Nutrition experience
