About The Position
Dietitian Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nutrition care plans to seniors living in multiple locations. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dietitian
- Experience working with seniors in a senior living environment
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement nutrition care plans for senior residents in multiple locations
- Assess the nutritional needs of residents and provide appropriate recommendations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care
- Educate residents and their families on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident nutrition assessments and care plans
