About The Position

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Full-Time Dietitian at The Manor at Seneca Hill in Oswego, NY. This long term care position is perfect for seasoned dietitians and newly credentialed RDs. Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm, No Weekends Required! About the Facility: The Manor at Seneca HIll is a 120 bed skilled nursing facility where residents enjoy a homelike environment. Residents' healthcare needs are met by an interdisciplinary team for short term rehab and long term residents. In fact, The Manor is the ONLY nursing home in Oswego County to receive a 5-star rating in 2022 Compensation DataCOMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $63,000.00 to $72,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in nutrition or a related field.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
  • At least one (1) year of clinical experience preferred
  • Licensed Dietitian status in NY or able to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes through high-quality nutrition care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care
  • Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition
