About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Clinical Dietitian for Trinity Regional Medical Center servicing Fort Dodge and surrounding areas in Iowa. Trinity Regional is a 49 bed community hospital that is a designated regional referral center. This is a full-time Remote position that will provide direct patient care to the facility.

Requirements

• Must have strong verbal and written communications
• Must be a Registered Dietitian and Licensed in Iowa
• Minimum Education Requirement: Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
• For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
• Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire
• In some states and/or facilities, the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
• Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
• Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Work primarily inpatient and with various patient populations
• Demonstrate good time management skills and be a self-starter
• Ability to work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff
• Assist with clinical programs and regulatory audits
