About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full-time inpatient position at Central Maine Healthcare in Lewiston, ME. This role focuses on providing exceptional nutrition care to patients in medicine/surgery units, with opportunities for professional development and clinical skill enhancement within a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian credential and a strong foundation in acute care.
• Licensure in Maine.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with a wide variety of individuals and groups.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nutrition care to patients in medicine/surgery units.
• Be well versed in the Nutrition Focused Physical Exam and Malnutrition Identification.
• Work every 4th Saturday and rotating holidays providing hospital-wide coverage.
• Be knowledgeable of the Nutrition Care Process.
• Efficiently and effectively organize clinical responsibilities.
