About The Position

The Dietitian/Health Coach will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, designing, and implementing the Wellness Works or Workforce Health program. This position involves presenting various health topics to corporate clients and collaborating with different departments to develop services that cater to the needs of Froedtert Health customers. The role requires travel and offers a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience as a dietitian with a focus on community nutrition, outpatient counseling, program development, and community relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Food & Nutrition Services is required.
  • Completion of an ADA approved internship or coordinated undergraduate program is required.
  • Current Registered Dietitian certification is required.
  • Must obtain State of Wisconsin Certified Dietitian status within 3 months of hire or transfer.
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an equivalent is required within three months of hire.
  • Valid driver's license is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree with emphasis in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • Wellness or Health Coaching Certification endorsed by the National Society of Health Coaches (NSHC) or Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) is preferred.
  • Certified Diabetic Educator (CDE) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with assessing, planning, designing, and implementing the Wellness Works or Workforce Health program.
  • Present on various health topics to corporate clients.
  • Interact with departments to develop services that meet the needs of Froedtert Health customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
