PACS is seeking a talented accounting professional to join our reporting team. You will be a key player in creating and providing valuable information to both internal and external stakeholders across the US. General Purpose: To assist in providing food service and nutritional programs, under the supervision of a registered dietician. The role may involve planning and producing meals based on established guidelines, teaching principles of food and nutrition, or counseling individuals. Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission of Dietetic Registration or eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the local state.
• Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing.
• Must remain in good standing with the Department of Public Health License and Certification Division at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of nutrition care services with the Dietary Supervisor.
• Conduct nutritional initial, quarterly, annual, and significant change reviews on residents according to federal and state guidelines.
• Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions, and current health plans to develop and implement dietary care plans and provide nutritional counseling as needed.
• Monitor food services operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation, and quality standards, as well as state and federal regulations.
• Participate in food preparation and service of food that is safe, appetizing, and meets the quality and quantity to meet each resident's needs in accordance with the physician’s orders.
