About The Position
The position involves assisting in screening patients at nutritional risk. Under supervision, the individual will modify daily menus in accordance with the patient's diet prescription, implement nutrition care plans, and provide consultation to patients and their families as directed. Additionally, the role includes documenting the patient's nutritional screening and assessment information.
