Job Title: Dietetic Assistant Cost Center: Nutrition Services Job Description: The Nutrition Service Worker is responsible for the completion of tray line, cafeteria and dish washing functions Essential Functions 1. Enters patient meal requests accurately in accordance with diet order score 2. May assist tray line building patient trays. 3. May assist in preparing food items for meal prep. 4. May assist serving trays to patients. 5. May assist in removal of trays from patient rooms and report or chart intake of meals, snacks and supplements 6. Communicates patient’s special needs, diet preferences or changes to Dietitian for follow up. 7. Track supplement stock and build weekly order form. 8. May assist Dietitian with assessments upon completion of an ADA certified program as a Dietetic Technician. Join us. Join great.
