Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Ability to read, write, and speak English, and follow oral/written instructions
- Proficiency in using various types of kitchen equipment, including dishwasher, cleaning equipment, serving utensils, toasters)
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and boxes and stand for extended periods of time
Nice To Haves
- Food Safety Certification
- Previous experience in food service
- Background in the hotel, restaurant or retail industry
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for putting patients first
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals to patients daily, ensuring dietary needs are met with care and attention
- Perform a variety of routine tasks in the kitchen, cafeteria, tray line, and dishwashing areas
- Follow standard practices and procedures to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and safety
